“I am a weekly customer of this laundry mat for my local business. Over the last few months the facility cleanliness and maintenance had severely declined and seemed as if the place was not being upkept AT ALL! Upon visiting today I was thoroughly impressed!!! I was greeted by a gentleman who was kind and very welcoming! The facility was clean, machines working and polished and the overall atmosphere felt upkept. So glad they have an attendant that cares about the facility now!”

“Large washers all 5 machine displays broken. Bathroom lights on motion censor that doesn’t stay on about a minute or so. Bring a flashlight if you might use. Bathroom toilet seat gone. Bathroom sink handle off. Ceiling a/c intake filter dirty and cover door hanging open. No worker most times to help or keep place clean. Vending snack machine broken.”

“Wow, this place is a complete dump! I recently moved into Mokena and was shocked to find this as my local laundromat. The machines are broken, the vending machines are out of order, and the bathroom sink and toilet are completely broken. It’s appalling! I called the owner and left a message, but I haven’t received a response yet.”

“Guess Fridays at 2pm are a bad time to go. Place was dirty. Many machines were out of order including both vending machines. Smelly , gross gunk in-between the rubber seals of the machines. Animal hair on the glass doors of the machines. The bottom of my laundry baskets also had animal hair from the floor. I seen a girl who had washed several towels, was wearing a dog grooming logo on her tshirt which probably can explain all the animal hair. -she never wiped out the machines. Its gross to think I was about to put my laundry in one of those machines. I have $20 left on my laundry card.. that I won't be using. Management enforcing a policy on after use clean up would help. Great location, safe environment. Can't wait for my new washer to be delivered- It was an eye opener on how some buisness owners/customers dont care.”
